Set up your local agent.

Install Claude Code (or your preferred agent) on this machine. The field-kit hooks into it for the cohort's CLI superpowers.

Install the field-kit.

Research swarm, content pipeline, cohort skills, plus voxterm (voice TUI). Clone, bash setup.sh, then ./kit install-global to put rotate on your PATH.

Install Shape Rotator OS.

The Electron viewer for the cohort. Install docs cover per-platform setup, including the xattr -cr step macOS needs while the app isn't yet code-signed.
